Structural Bodywork

The 3-series

The 3-series is an introduction to bodywork. Working with the fascia and Anatomy Trains lines (www.anatomytrains.com) we work together to bring your body into balance with itself and gravity.

Each session begins with a Body Reading, in which your current movement strategies are assessed. How does your body relate to gravity in a standing position? Where does your posture show shortness or compensations? Our system finds many ways to work around pain, imbalances and structural issues. Structural bodywork aims to remove the compensations and find the source of your posture, in order to bring you back to your core long term.

Bodywork does not offer quick-fixes or injury repairs. While you may feel big changes within just one session, the work is aimed at freeing up your system so that it can heal itself.

Yoga & Movement

Private Yoga & Movement sessions

Along with structural bodywork, I offer private Yoga and Movement sessions.

These 60-minute sessions focus on your movement & structural needs, based on my training as a Yoga teacher.
